Quia non fieret, si non sineret.

Text

Translation

For this reason, the great works of the Lord are carefully selected in all his wills, so that in a wonderful and ineffable way it is not done apart from his will, which also happens against his will: because it would not be done, if he did not allow it; Nor would he allow good to become evil, unless the Almighty could also make good out of evil.
